About Us

Experienced consultants, here to help, here to improve.

At McKim and Associates, we help organizations align their mission, goals, operations, and results. We clarify what success looks like, identify gaps between intention and execution, and build practical steps to close them.

With strong experience in not-for-profit, for-profit, community-based, health, and social service organizations, we support governance, process improvement, accountability, operational consistency, and Accreditation Canada implementation.

We are builders and improvers, helping organizations strengthen foundations, adapt to change, and implement realistic approaches that improve performance.

As approved consultants for the New Brunswick Department of Health and CBDC, we bring cross-sector expertise, trend insight, and practical experience to help clients achieve meaningful, sustainable progress.
